Living/Dining Area:

The living/dining area is furnished with armchairs, sofa and dining table and offers spacious accommodation. TV, DVD player and Wifi are all provided. There is a wood burning stove for cooler evenings, allowing year round occupation. Patio doors lead to the south facing balcony and stairs lead up to the private roof terrace.


Fully equipped with a full sized oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and lots of crockery, pans and cooking utensils to enable a self-catering holiday.


There are 2 bedrooms comfortably decorated and sleeping a total of 5 people. A travel cot is available and can be used in either bedroom.

The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 3 single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and there is a safe in the main bedroom.

Shower Rooms:

There is a separate shower room for Bedroom 1 and an ensuite shower room in Bedroom 2. Both have a shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. The separate shower room also houses the washing machine.


Patio doors lead from the living area to the south facing private balcony and up to the private roof terrace. The roof terrace commands almost 180-degree sea views to the south and countryside views to the north with the Monchique hills in the far distance. Perfect for sunbathing in the daytime and enjoying a barbecue and a glass of wine in the evening whilst watching the sun set.

The balcony and roof terrace have lighting, table, chairs and parasols. There are also sun loungers and a barbecue on the roof terrace.

The communal swimming pool and children’s pool, which is accessed from the rear of the property, is equipped with sun loungers and is available for use from 9 am to 11 pm.


All duvets, bed linen and towels were new for the 2019 season.

If you are travelling with a baby/toddler we provide a travel cot (new in 2019) with linen, a booster high chair fitting, potty and child step stool.

Mid week cleaning is provided when a change of towels and a light clean of the apartment is carried out. If your stay is longer than a week then a change of linen/towels will also happen. Our Property Managers who supervise the property on our behalf, will visit early during your stay to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

No smoking, pets, parties or events are allowed.

For stays during December, January and February electricity is charged in addition and a meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure and a cash payment will need to be made to our Property Manager. Guests will be responsible for purchasing logs for the wood burner.
